I tried, I really did! But after reading the first chapter of Whitle Castle of Louisiana, I remembered why I never finished it as a teenager - it is BORING! Again, beautiful descriptions of southern Louisiana, but not much in the way of plot. (I am guessing based only on chapter 1, so please forgive me if I am wrong.)
So....I think I will go back to reading about Sookie! The locations may be fictional, but the story is MUCH better!
